No injuries after ambulance goes up in flames in Abbotsford
ABBOTSFORD — No injuries have been reported by B.C. Emergency Health Services after one of their ambulances erupted in flames on Sunday afternoon in Abbotsford.
According to a social media post from the provincial agency, paramedics discovered their ambulance fully engulfed in flames just before 1:30 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 14) in the 32000 block of South Fraser Way in Abbotsford.
The agency says there were no patients onboard, and paramedics were not in the unit at the time of the blaze.
Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service crews responded and extinguished the blaze.
