Abbotsford Centre still hiring for over a dozen jobs as Canucks open season next month

ABBOTSFORD — With just over five weeks until the Abbotsford Canucks kick off their 2025-26 season at home, the Abbotsford Centre is still looking to fill seasonal jobs for over a dozen positions.

According to its recruiting page online, the Abbotsford Centre currently has 15 open positions for jobs like concession attendant, ice team attendant, and ice and building maintenance.

The jobs are ideal for Chilliwack or Abbotsford residents who are looking for a side hustle to supplement their day job or while they go to school.

A flood of seasonal positions opened up on July 22 and featured roles like 50/50 program coordinator, box office attendant, conversions staff, fan experience attendant, retail sales associate, premium server, alcohol hawker, concession alcohol server, ice team member, hype team member, concession attendant, concession supervisor and concession stand lead, as well as premium bartender, premium supervisor and premium concierge.

Additional positions opened up on July 28, including cook, concession cook, steward, and culinary supervisor.
