Several cars torched after alleged arson in Abbotsford Thursday morning

ABBOTSFORD — Police are now investigating a confirmed arson at a business located in west Abbotsford Thursday morning (Sep. 11).

At around 5:31 a.m., AbbyPD patrol officers responded to a suspicious fire in the 31050 block of Peardonville Road.

“Upon arrival, officers discovered multiple vehicles in the business parking lot had been

deliberately set on fire,” said the Abbotsford Police Department. “While the damage was extensive, no injuries were reported.”

Investigators are now releasing video of the suspect vehicle, a light-coloured SUV.
