IIO concludes investigation on Mission crash that left 1 severely injured late August
MISSION — B.C.’s police watchdog has now cleared the RCMP of wrongdoing after completing its probe into a motor vehicle incident in August.
Shortly after 1 p.m. on August 24, an officer pulled a car over for a traffic stop on Hurd Street, near the intersection with Sandpiper Place.
The driver then immediately got involved in a collision with a motorcycle following the traffic stop.
Mission Fire and BCEHS arrived on scene to treat the 60-year-old motorcyclist before taking him to hospital.
