Greendale Acres celebrating the Fall harvest season

CHILLIWACK — With the fall harvest season in sight throughout the Fraser Valley, Greendale Acres is planning a series of events to recognize the excitement at the end of the growing season. Family-friendly events kick off this weekend and continue through to Halloween.
The first event will be Saturday, September 6 with First Responder Day. Families will get a chance to get a close look at fire trucks, ambulances and more including its famous corn maze. Admission will be free for all first responders.
Future events include Apple Days from September 13 to 14, Fairytale and Superhero Day on September 20, the annual Pumpkin Patch Kickoff from September 27 to 28, Grandparents’ Days on September 29 and again on October 24, Princess Day in the Pumpkin Patch on October 4, Thanksgiving on the Farm from October 11 to 13 and the Grand Halloween Parade on October 31.
Greendale Acres is open this month from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
