Syria’s foreign minister held a rare meeting with an Israeli delegation in Paris, report says

BEIRUT (AP) — Syria’s state-run news agency says the country’s foreign minister has held a rare meeting with an Israeli delegation in Paris.

The SANA news agency says Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani met with Israeli officials on Tuesday to discuss de-escalating tensions and restoring a 1974 ceasefire agreement.
