Traffic on Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge to slow today, tomorrow

ROSEDALE-AGASSIZ — Motorists traveling between Chilliwack and Agassiz/Harrison Hot Springs should expect delays today and tomorrow (Thursday, July 3).

DriveBC wrote on X/Twitter that there will be single-lane alternating traffic on the Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge for bridge inspection between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursdays.

Motorists are asked to watch for traffic control personnel amid the scheduled lane closures.

“Please plan accordingly and watch for crew and traffic control on the roads,” Emil Anderson Maintenance wrote on Facebook.

The Ministry of Transportation and Transit conducts regular maintenance on the bridge, leading to single-lane alternating traffic on the causeway between Popkum and Agassiz.
