
NHL winger Evander Kane says he’s moving from Oilers to Canucks
Evander Kane appears set to move from the Edmonton Oilers to the Vancouver Canucks.
The 33-year-old winger posted a goodbye on social media Wednesday, thanking the Oilers organization, his teammates and Edmonton’s fans.
The post also said he is “incredibly excited” to join the Canucks and return to his hometown of Vancouver where he played junior hockey for the Western Hockey League’s Vancouver Giants.
No deal has been announced by the Oilers or the Canucks.
