Chilliwack man wanted on multiple outstanding warrants

ABBOTSFORD — He’s been a familiar face in the weekly Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers bulletin.

And now, he’s on the Abbotsford Police Department’s radar.

In a brief social media post Wednesday morning, the Abbotsford Police Department says it is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 42-year-old Scott Tonks, who is currently wanted on multiple outstanding warrants, including charges of theft, breach of probation, and drug trafficking.

Tonks is described as 5’9″ tall, weighing 194 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

According to a Crime Stoppers bulletin from April 2025, Tonks was wanted for traffic in controlled substance x2, and possession of a controlled drug/substance for trafficking x2. His warrant went into effect on April 1, 2025. His parole jurisdiction is Chilliwack.

Police say Tonks is believed to be in the Chilliwack area. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the police immediately.

Chilliwack RCMP have not issued any kind of statement or news release about Tonks, even though he is believed to be in Chilliwack.
