Pizza franchise set to open in Hope this Saturday – and give away free pizza for a year

HOPE — A rapidly growing pizza franchise with four locations in the Chilliwack area and several more throughout the Fraser Valley will officially open at its newest location in Hope later this week – and give away free pizza for a year to the first 10 guests.

Freshslice announced on Facebook Monday that the Hope, B.C. location will open this Saturday, June 7 at 800 3 Avenue in downtown Hope.

“Big news, Hope! The wait is almost over. We’re excited to announce our Grand Opening in your community on June 7, 2025, at 11:00 am! Located conveniently at 800 3 Ave, Hope, this isn’t just another pizza place – it’s a fresh new option bringing quality and deliciousness to your doorstep,” the franchise said.

Freshslice has over 200 locations in Canada and the United States and says it serves over 30,000 pizza lovers a ” fresh, friendly and fast experience!”

The first ten guests at this Saturday’s grand opening will receive free pizza for a year, though Freshslice didn’t elaborate on the frequency of that free pizza.

Guests 11-20 will receive a free medium pizza, while guests 21-30 get two free slices and a drink.

All customers at Saturday’s grand opening can purchase a medium pizza with unlimited toppings for $10.

The franchisee’s name is Royal Barua.
