CHILLIWACK — Three former GW Graham standouts who have continued their football careers in U Sports will headline the Athletes Lab’s Youth Football Camp in Chilliwack next weekend.

Athletes ages 5 and up will get a chance to come train with the likes of quarterback Lucas Feaver of the University of Alberta, wide receiver Carter Dallas from the University of Manitoba and O-line anchor Tyler Bergin next Sunday, June 1 from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Townsend Park in Chilliwack.

For just $30, participants will receive top-tier coaching—and the first 30 kids to register will also receive a free camp t-shirt. In addition to Feaver, Dallas and Bergin, the camp will be led by BCJFL coaches, including Coach Ryk Piche, a long-time local football figure and the owner of The Athletes Lab. Attendees are invited to be part of a day where football dreams take shape and the next generation of playmakers take the field.

“I just returned from the Saskatchewan Roughriders’ main camp, and I want to share what I’ve learned with our local athletes,” said Piché. “It’s important that these kids see what’s possible—and hear it from young men who once played on the same fields right here in Chilliwack.”

The focus of the camp will be on offensive football skills, with everything from quarterback and receiver techniques to running back and offensive line fundamentals. Piché noted that a defensive-specific camp is already in the works for later this summer.

“What excites me most is watching these university athletes give back,” said Piché. “They’re living the dream, and now they’re coming home to inspire and teach the next generation. That’s what community is about—and that’s what The Athletes Lab is here for.”
