Valley Huskers standout excels at CFL BC Lions E-Camp, thanks to elite sports training program in Chilliwack
CHILLIWACK — Raiden Mastin, an All-Canadian in the CJFL and a standout player for the Valley Huskers in Chilliwack this past season, recently showcased his exceptional skill set as one of the top performers at the CFL BC Lions E-Camp, thanks in large part to an elite sports training program in Chilliwack.
The camp, designed for promising young CFL prospects, attracted top talent from several teams across British Columbia. During the camp, prospects exhibited their athletic prowess through a number of drills like the 40-yard dash, vertical jump and broad jump. Mastin, standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 190 pounds, emerged as the fastest player at the event by registering a blazing fast time of 4.49 seconds in the 40-yard sprint. He also exceeded expectations with a 36-inch vertical jump and a standing broad jump of 10 feet, 4 inches, highlighting his remarkable athleticism.

Mastin’s performance at the E-Camp has validated his reputation as a promising young talent with a bright future in football. He currently plays for the Valley Huskers and trains at The Athletes Lab in Chilliwack under the tutelage of owner Ryk Piché. The Athletes Lab has been hugely instrumental in developing Mastin’s skills and preparing him for high-level competition.
