Update: Missing Fraser Valley teen located safe and sound, reunited with family

FRASER VALLEY — Authorities in Surrey say a 15-year-old teen who was reported missing earlier this week has been safely located.

According to a statement from Surrey Police Surrey (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU), the 15-year-old male has been located safe and sound and reunited with his family.

Surrey Police Surrey (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.

All identifying information about the formerly missing teen has been removed.
