Hometown Hoedown returns to Chilliwack for a night of country fun and fundraising
CHILLIWACK — Country music fans and supporters of hospice care can dust off their boots for a night of fun as tickets go on sale for the 12th Annual Hometown Hoedown for Hospice. The popular fundraising event, presented by Century Plumbing and Heating, is set for Saturday, April 5 at Evergreen Hall.
Hosted by the Chilliwack Hospice Society, the event raises funds for free grief support and palliative care programs benefiting children, youth, and adults in Chilliwack and surrounding communities.
Attendees can enjoy a barbecue dinner catered by Guerrilla Q, live country music, a silent auction, and the return of the fan-favorite mechanical bull. The event also features a Dessert Dash and an expanded dance floor, as organizers have trimmed the formal program to allow for more time on the dance floor.
Tickets are $75 and on sale at the Chilliwack Hospice website. Organizers expect the event to sell out quickly.
