CHILLIWACK — An SUV rolled over Friday afternoon and wound up in a Greendale ditch, but no police, fire or ambulance have been dispatched to the scene.

According to a Greendale resident who wished to remain anonymous and drove by the scene of the crash, the accident happened shortly after 1 p.m. Friday on South Sumas Road at the S-curve in the road, west of Lickman Road.

The resident took a picture and sent it to Fraser Valley Today.

All occupants are out of the vehicle that crashed, according to the on-scene witness. It’s not immediately known if there were any injuries, but no ambulance is on scene as of 1:10 p.m. Friday.

Weather is not believed to be a factor nor were there moist, icy roads. There was no visible ice or icy patches on South Sumas where the accident occurred in the pictures sent to Fraser Valley Today.

A tow truck has arrived on scene to remove the upside down SUV from the ditch.
