Masked suspects flee from a break-in at a marijuana dispensary in Deroche

CHILLIWACK — Mission RCMP are investigating a break-in at a cannabis dispensary in Deroche early on January 9, where two masked men used a white Ford F-350 to force their way into the store.
Police said the incident occurred shortly before 5 a.m. Mounties say the suspects made off with just a small amount of product.
A truck matching the description of the suspect vehicle was later spotted by officers driving along Richards Avenue in Mission. However, the vehicle fled when police attempted to intercept it and was not located.
Investigators have not confirmed whether the truck used in the break-in was stolen. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
