Abbotsford PD nabs alleged drug dealer who had several ounces of coke, meth and fentanyl

ABBOTSFORD — An alert observation by a frontline patrol officer in Abbotsford has resulted in the arrest of an individual for selling illicit narcotics.
According to a statement from the Abbotsford Police Department, proactive policing by AbbyPD officers helps keep city streets safe from criminal activity. On Wednesday, an AbbyPD patrol officer witnessed a drug transaction occur which led to the arrest of the seller.
When police searched the alleged drug dealer, they located five ounces of fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine that carried a street value of $5,000. The seller also had $3,500 in cash.
Police released a picture showing $3,500 in currency and multiple baggies containing the illicit substances.
