Man enters business, threatens staff member with gun: Abbotsford PD

ABBOTSFORD — Police in Abbotsford say they were called to a business on Peardonville Road last week after a man allegedly entered a business needing help with his vehicle before pulling a gun and threatening a staff member of the business.
According to a statement from police, AbbyPD patrol officers were dispatched on Monday, January 6 at 4:43 p.m. to the 30900 block of Peardonville Road. An employee of a business in the area told authorities that an unknown man entered their business and requested help with his vehicle. When the staff member exited to assist, the man pulled a gun and threatened the staff member. The staff member was able to flee and call the police. He was not injured.
Police released an image of the suspect and his vehicle, which resembles a red hatchback.
