ABBOTSFORD — The Abbotsford Canucks are set to host their Teddy Bear Toss game on Saturday (Dec. 14), as they face the Manitoba Moose at 7 p.m.. The night invites fans to bring new or gently used teddy bears to the game to toss onto the ice after the Canucks first goal.
The teddy bears will be donated to the Archway Christmas Bureau, supporting local families through the holiday season.
In addition to the cuddly tradition, fans are encouraged to embrace the festive spirit by wearing their coziest pajamas for a fun-filled evening at Abbotsford Centre.
Other fun events are planned for the night at the rink. Fans can visit the Archway Christmas Bureau at Section 116’s Community Corner to learn about their work and discover ways to contribute. Save-on-Foods will host a prize wheel at Section 101 to give fans a chance to win a prize.
