SURREY — The Fraser Valley Realtors Charitable Foundation (FVRCF) has announced $340,000 in grants to 22 charitable organizations dedicated to empowering at-risk youth across the Fraser Valley including the Zajac Ranch Society in Mission.

The funds will support initiatives that help young people facing significant challenges such as poverty, mental health issues, and lack of access to opportunities. The programs focus on mentorship, education, mental health support, and life skills development to help youth build brighter futures.

“At-risk youth are a key part of our communities, and it is essential that we support them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed,” said John Barbisan, Chair of the FVRCF. “We are grateful to partner with these outstanding organizations that are making a meaningful difference.”

The selected organizations provide mentorship, educational support, mental health counseling, and recreational activities designed to foster resilience, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging among youth. The initiatives aim to create positive change and build a healthier, more inclusive future for the region.
