CHILLIWACK – The City of Chilliwack is alerting drivers and residents that one kilometer of Tyson Road will be closed to traffic for 12 hours on Monday night.
The city’s engineering department says the closure between Watson and South Sumas Roads is to relocate BC Hydro utility poles.
Residents who live along the stretch will be the exception to the closure rules.
Tyson Road from Watson Road to South Sumas Road will be closed on Monday, November 18, at 7pm until Tuesday, November 19, at 7am for utility relocation. Only local traffic and transit will have access. Thank you for your patience. https://t.co/U9fsDeBrhq pic.twitter.com/4PwebqtUaR
