Truck winds up in a ditch along e/b Hwy. 1 west of Chilliwack Wednesday afternoon

ABBOTSFORD — DriveBC says motorists heading eastbound on Hwy. 1 east of Abbotsford Wednesday afternoon can expect delays after a truck wound up in a ditch.

According to a brief social media post at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday, first responders are dealing with a vehicle incident eastbound between Cole Road and No. 4 Road. The left lane of North Parallel Road is currently blocked.

Google Maps traffic images show dark red eastbound on Hwy. 1, indicating traffic is backed up several kilometres west of Cole Road (exit 99).
