
Chilliwack commercial development next to YMCA nearing completion as 85% of building is pre-leased
CHILLIWACK — Emil Anderson Properties says Chilliwack’s premier Class A office space next to the YMCA on Hocking Avenue should see construction activities completed by spring 2025.
According to a news release from development spokesperson Gerry Enns, the Benchmark development at 45890 Hocking Avenue is scheduled for completion in March 2025 and will offer leasing opportunities tailored to best serve Chilliwack’s growing business community.
Emil Anderson Properties says Benchmark is 85 per cent pre-leased to an impressive lineup of corporate tenants like Hub International, Zacharias Vickers McAnn, KPMG and Cascade Physiotherapy.
“These businesses are already securing their future in the building, which will feature state-of-the-art amenities, including a rooftop patio and an unbeatable location,” Enns said.
