CHILLIWACK — The Heritage Chilliwack Society says tickets for next week’s look inside five unique heritage properties are not likely to last due to limited availability.

Organizers say there are only a set number of passes for the fall 2024 Heritage Discovery Day & Home Tour, and that they’ve previously sold out well before the event.

A 1912 log house with stunning views of the valley and a 1939 Tudor Revival are highlights of the October 5 experience.

The home tours are self-guided, with ticket holders choosing their own stops.

Vintage automobiles are also part of the program, with one parked at each property.

A pair of downtown guided tours are also included: one at the Chilliwack Museum’s archives and another featuring local businesses and other heritage organizations.

Society staff say vehicles are needed for the home tours and the Atchelitz Threshermen’s Museum.

There are restrictions related to young children and those with accessibility issues.

For more information, reach out to the Heritage Chilliwack Society.

Event tickets are $25 for non-members and can be purchased at the Chilliwack Museum, Cornerstone Custom Framing on Mill Street, or online.
