Chilliwack Salvation Army to host ‘A Century of Hope’ concert this weekend

CHILLIWACK — Roughly a month after its summertime event brought thousands of people to downtown Chilliwack to mark its 100th anniversary, the Chilliwack Salvation Army will host a special centennial concert this weekend.

“A Century of Hope” is being billed by organizers as an amazing evening of beautiful music and inspiring stories celebrating the legacy of the Salvation Army, as well as its many ministry accomplishments.

The concert will feature special guests The Salvation Army Seattle Temple Band and Choir, as well as The Salvation Army Canada music director, Simon Gough.

Everyone is welcome to attend the concert. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for seniors, and free for youth 16 and under.
