Brewhalla returns to Chilliwack this fall with 25-plus craft beverage vendors, live music and good times
CHILLIWACK — After an inaugural event last year that saw hundreds of spectators pack Watson Glen Park next to the Sardis Sports Complex and relish live music while sipping on spirits and craft beers, Brewhalla is back for more good times in Chilliwack this fall.
In a news release earlier this week, the organizers behind Brewhalla Chilliwack say this year’s event will feature a country harvest fair theme as attendees are invited to don denim, plaid, boots, overalls and sundresses. To amplify the day’s events, festivalgoers can test their skills, and their luck, at classic fair games like bobbing for apples, a three-legged race, pie-eating contest, pumpkin carving contest, growler fill relay race, grain bag race and more.
The first round of craft beverage vendors will feature B.C. establishments like Sidekick Brewing, Field House Brewing, Trading Post Brewing Co., Silverstar Brewing, Mountainview Brewing Co., Shuswap Cider Company, R&B Brewing Co., Left Field Cider Co., and Changing Colours Brewing Project. The full lineup consists of over 25 craft beverage makers from throughout B.C. pouring craft beer, cider, spirits, ready-to-drink options, and zero proof options for the sober and sober-curious. The next round of vendors will be announced soon.
“We are thrilled to announce the return of Brewhalla to Chilliwack,” said Brewhalla GM Lies Reimers. “We know this is going to be the party of the fall and CHWK is here for it! Thanks to all of you for your support last year and please help us sell out this event by inviting your friends and neighbours to Watson Glen Park on October 5th!”
