CHILLIWACK — While one business is set to close later this week, the firm that manages Cottonwood Centre in Chilliwack says four more businesses are still on track to open this fall at the mall.

Mark Davis, general manager for Warrington PCI Management, the Vancouver-based company that oversees Cottonwood, told Fraser Valley Today in an email Monday (Aug. 26) that the mall will welcome four more businesses this fall with more specific time frames than previously announced.

They include Sephora, which is projected to open in mid-October, Davis said, followed by Calendar Club, a seasonal tenant that will open in late October.

Opa! of Greece and Boardwalk Burgers are expected to open in November. Opa! of Greece sells souvlaki, pita wraps, salads and multi-item platters, while Boardwalk Burgers sells over a dozen different beef and chicken burgers combined, along with signature fries, onion rings and drinks.

Opa! and Boardwalk Burgers will be located near Sephora.

Bentley, a retailer that sold handbags, backpacks, wallets, briefcases and luggage, is closing this Saturday, August 31. It has multiple signs saying it is closely while its inventory dwindles. It’s not immediately known what will replace it.

SnoreMD, a sleep apnea clinic, will tentatively open in spring 2025 in the current mall office next to TD Bank.
