Sinkhole discovered near Fraser Highway in Langley

LANGLEY — Road crews in Langley are busy after the discovery of a sinkhole near the Fraser Highway. The sinkhole was found on Saturday near the intersection of 201A Street and Fraser Highway.
Southbound motorists who wish to use the right-turn lane from 201A Street onto Fraser Highway are being detoured due to the sinkhole.
In a social media post by Langley RCMP, drivers and pedestrians are being asked to avoid the area to allow the City of Langley Engineering Department to investigate.
There are no reports of injuries, and there is no estimate on when the road will be passable again.
