Canada Day tradition returns to Chilliwack, benefits Special Olympics
CHILLIWACK — Canada Day festivities in Chilliwack wouldn’t be complete without the annual Kiwanis pancake breakfast.
Every year, dedicated Kiwanis club members from Chilliwack and Sardis get up bright and early to cook pancakes and eggs for hundreds of hungry Chilliwack residents at Evergreen Hall.
Chilliwack residents are invited to head to downtown Chilliwack on Monday, July 1 starting at 8 a.m. and going until 11 a.m. The price per person is only $5.
All proceeds from this year’s pancake breakfast at Evergreen Hall (9291 Corbould Street) will benefit Special Olympics.
