LANGLEY — Another day, another slowdown on the Lower Mainland’s primary thoroughfare through the Fraser Valley.

DriveBC posted on X/Twitter at 5:28 p.m. that an eastbound vehicle incident on Highway 1 east of the 248 Street overpass has the left lane blocked.

Crews are on their way to assist. Exasperated motorists are kindly asked to pass with caution and expect delays through the Langley area.

Thankfully, the area in question is on the hill where there are three lanes, before Highway 1 transition into two travel lanes and the exit-only lane for 264 Street (exit 73).
