Market rental units available in new Paramount building in downtown Chilliwack

CHILLIWACK — The operator of the new six-storey building in downtown Chilliwack says there are market rental apartments available for rent for seniors inside the new Paramount building on Yale Road, but all subsidized units have been taken.
According to a Facebook post, Chilliwack Community Services notified the community Friday (June 7) about the availability of market rental units for people ages 55 and up in the Paramount. Prices are $1,170 per month for people who have lived in Chilliwack.
Prospective applicants do not need to contact BC Housing as these units do not involve a subsidy. Chilliwack seniors who are interested in living at the Paramount building can email housing@comserv.bc.ca, or call 604-702-2900 to arrange a viewing. Please note, Chilliwack Community Services does not accept walk-in appointments, and they only ask that you send one email or leave one voice mail, not multiple emails or messages.
