RICHMOND — The Richmond RCMP Road Safety Unit dealt with an unusual situation that involved a flat-deck truck transporting large trees along Highway 91 recently. During a routine patrol, an office spotted the vehicle and stopped it over concern of the load.

Images taken by RCMP during the April 27 traffic stop showed the limbs of the trees hanging off the flat-deck in a number of directions as well as hanging off the back of the vehicle and dragging on the road.
