New security company opens in Chilliwack to serve residential, commercial customers

CHILLIWACK — A new security company with roots in Chilliwack and a service platform tailored to the Fraser Valley has opened its doors as a local provider of security solutions for residential and commercial customers.

Erik Devisser, a longtime employee with a local security company, announced this week that Chilliwack-based Alpine Security has officially commenced business operations.

The business is co-founded by Devisser and fellow co-founder Mike Schimann.

“We are thrilled to announce that Alpine Security is now officially open for business!” Devisser wrote online. “After months of hard work and preparation, we are excited to offer alarm and security services to Chilliwack and surrounding area.
