UPDATE: Two hospitalized after crash on Hwy. 3 west of Manning Park Sunday

**UPDATE at 5:15 p.m. Sunday: BC Emergency Health Services says five ambulances were dispatched to the scene of a multi-vehicle incident off Highway 3, west of Manning Park. A spokesperson says BC EHS received a call at 12:31 p.m. Sunday, and BC EHS staff transported two individuals from the scene to the hospital for further care.

ALLISON PASS/MANNING PARK — Drive BC says a multi-vehicle incident is impacting traffic on Highway 3 between Manning Park and the Allison Pass Summit Sunday afternoon (Feb. 25).

According to scanner traffic, and information from Drive BC’s X/Twitter account, emergency responders have been deployed to an area of Highway 3 about 55 kilometres east of Hope.

Drive BC says the multi-vehicle incident occurred just east of the Allison Pass Summit.

Drive BC is urging motorists to watch for traffic control and expect delays.

The last update was 1:12 p.m. Sunday afternoon; the next update will occur at 3 p.m.

According to scanner dispatch, upwards of six ambulances have been dispatched, and air ambulance has been dispatched for some kind of highway rescue.
