Clothing store at Cottonwood Centre mall in Chilliwack closing this week

CHILLIWACK — A store selling women’s clothing and fashion accessories is set to close its doors for good this week at Cottonwood Centre mall in Chilliwack.

According to signs posted inside and outside the store earlier this month, Lushware, a store specializing in women’s fashion and accessories, will close for good this Wednesday, January 24.

However, a female who answered the phone Monday morning (Jan. 22) said the store will actually close Tuesday, Jan. 23.

According to a description from its Facebook page, Lushwear bills itself as a great place to shop for gifts, birthdays, grad dresses, purses and jewelry.

Signs inside the store on Friday, January 5 indicated that all sales from that day forward until its closing date were final. There were $9.99 and $14.99 red tags attached to some discounted items for sale, along with red sale signs mounted throughout the store.

The store’s business hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. Lushwear can be reached at 604-858-0505.
