LANGLEY — Drive BC says a westbound vehicle fire before 216 Street (exit 61) has impacted traffic flow Tuesday night, Dec. 19 at 7:22 p.m.

According to a post on X/Twitter from Drive BC and the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, a westbound vehicle fire has impeded the flow of traffic. Emergency crews are on scene.

Initially, Drive BC said all westbound lanes were blocked as of 7:22 p.m., but later revised that at 7:40 p.m. to say the westbound left lane is now open before 216 St in Langley, following a vehicle fire. Motorists can continue to pass with caution, but should expect delays.
