CHILLIWACK — A specialty boutique store in Garrison selling certified extra virgin olive oil, artisan foods and sauces and other unique offerings has closed and will relocate to Alberta.

According to signs outside its retail store near Waves Coffee and Subway, Olive Junction’s final retail day of operation in person was Saturday, September 16 in Garrison Village, at the corner of Keith Wilson Road and Vedder Road.

“Our last retail day was September 16th before we move our business to Alberta,” the sign read outside Olive Junction near Subway and Fresh Slice. “You can still purchase your favorite oils and vinegars online at olivejunction.com. All orders will ship from our new central Alberta location effective October 1st.”

On Facebook, Olive Junction posted a note on Saturday, September 16 saying, “Well, today’s the last day! After 5 years, we are closing our retail location at 5 p.m. Come in today and stock up. If you can’t make, we’ll see you online.”
