
Stihl Timbersports Nationals arrive at Chilliwack Coliseum
CHILLIWACK — Organizers are calling it the biggest event of the year in logger sports in Canada. The Stihl Timbersports Nationals take over the Chilliwack Coliseum Saturday and Sunday (Aug. 12, Aug. 13).
Marcel Dupuis is expected to defend his Canadian championship title in the professional division. Dupuis, who also took a bronze medal at the World Championship in 2022, will be up against the 11 best logger-sports athletes in Canada.
Saturday evening’s event will determine the Pro-Canadian Championship and begins at 6 p.m. Sunday’s performance at 2 p.m. will feature the Women’s Canadian Championship and include the Pro’s Hot Saw Challenge.
Tickets for the event are still available and can be purchased for Saturday’s competition, Sunday’s competition or as a weekend pass.
