Diverse releases new Iron Horse homes in Chilliwack with starting price of $769,900
CHILLIWACK — Abbotsford-based Diverse Properties has released a set of row homes with a starting price point of $769,900 in the Iron Horse housing development on Promontory Road in Chilliwack.
According to a Facebook ad and a statement from Kassy Crocker, sales and marketing coordinator for Diverse Properties, Diverse released a set of move-in ready homes on Wednesday, July 26.
“Iron Horse has become a desirable Master Plan Community established within Chilliwack, with strong interest to live here from individuals all across the Fraser Valley,” Crocker said in an email to Fraser Valley Today. “We recently released a select amount of our row homes with finished legal suites and our only available detached home with a feature coach home above the garage.”
Diverse announced an extension of its rate buy down of 3.99 per cent on select rooftop rowhomes.
