CHILLIWACK — Getting younger kids out of the house during the summer break can be a challenge for any parent, but an upcoming show from Urban Safari Rescue Society may do just the trick.

The downtown Chilliwack Library will host Urban Safari for a live animal presentation on Friday, July 14 from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The presentation is free and open to the public.

The presentation will cover topics like animal characteristics, habitat, adaptations, why exotic animals should not be pets, and more. Urban Safari will introduce the vast world of animals in an effort to fascinate, educate, entertain and leave you and your group with memories to last.

The show is being conducted on a drop-in basis. As such, no registration is required.
