Two-vehicle accident propels car into front yard of home near downtown Chilliwack Friday
CHILLIWACK — Chilliwack Fire Department, RCMP, and B.C. Emergency Health Services responded to the 9300 block of Corbould Street near downtown Chilliwack Friday afternoon for a two-vehicle accident that left one car on the front yard of a home.
In a picture shared by a Chilliwack realtor who prefers to remain anonymous, a black Honda Fit-looking vehicle ended up just a few metres from making contact with what appears to be a single-family home near the corner of Corbould Street and Kipp Avenue.
At least two paramedics and an RCMP officer could be seen attending to a possible victim. It is not known where the other vehicle was located following the crash or the extent of its damage.
Two RCMP officers responded to the scene. Chilliwack Fire Department Engine 4 (South Sumas Firehall) stood down after being initially paged.
