Abbotsford Police arrest prolific offender, seize weapons

ABBOTSFORD — Abbotsford Police say they were able to arrest a prolific offender while taking weapons, ammunition and drugs off city streets.

AbbyPD say they were able to take the suspect into custody Sunday (Jun. 11) morning at approximately 11 A.M. from a location in the 32000 block of Tims Avenue.

In addition to taking the suspect into custody, patrol officers also found two stolen hand guns, a smoke grenade and 500 rounds of ammunition.

Police also seized some suspected drugs during the arrest including 6.1 Grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, 13.22 grams of suspected heroin, and 24.02 grams of suspected cocaine.
