ABBOTSFORD — When they’re not stopping prolific offenders or excessive teenagers speeding throughout Abbotsford, the Abbotsford Police Department is trying to improve the community in other ways like elevating the needs of those less fortunate.
The Abbotsford Police Department will be on location at Superstore, 2855 Gladwin Road, collecting items on behalf of the Salvation Army this coming Wednesday, April 5 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Abbotsford Police Department conducted a similar event right before Christmas last year in which it collected items for the Abbotsford Christmas Bureau, in partnership with the Abbotsford Restorative Justice Association.
