Targeted shooting in Abbotsford injures four

ABBOTSFORD — A shooting Saturday (Jan. 21) injured four people in the 28700 block of King Road in Abbotsford.

In a news release, AbbyPD says officers were called to the scene of the shooting at 7:42 p.m. While the investigation is in its early stage, police say evidence at the scene points to a targeted attack.

AbbyPD report the four shooting victims were males in their twenties. All are expected to survive their injuries.

The Abbotsford Police Department Major Crime Unit is investigating. It is being assisted by patrol officers and the members of the Forensic Identification Section.
