CHILLIWACK — One of the stronger winter storms in recent memory has resulted in the closure of several government agencies on Tuesday (Dec. 20).
The Fraser Valley Regional Library wrote on Facebook Tuesday morning that it has closed all its locations due to inclement weather and poor road conditions. For Chilliwack, that means the downtown library, Sardis library, and Yarrow library are all closed.
Similarly, the Fraser Valley Regional District also announced that it is closed due to hazardous winter conditions.
The Rosedale post office is closed as well.
