Abbotsford Children’s Theatre prepares to hit the stage for holiday performance

ABBOTSFORD — If you are looking for a dose of Christmas spirit, the young thespians of the Abbotsford Children’s Theatre has something for you.

The troupe is performing ‘The Best Christmas Pageant Ever’ Friday November 25 and Saturday November 26 at the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium in Abbotsford.

“The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is a touching story about the pitfalls and mishaps that can get in the way of the production of a Christmas pageant,” states a description from the Abbotsford Children Theatre’s website. “When the director of the annual Christmas pageant breaks her leg and has to step aside, the traditional nativity story is turned on its head”.

The Abbotsford Children’s Theatre is a registered non-profit organization which is in place to provide children and youth a place to exercise and develop their artistic abilities.
