ABBOTSFORD — Early Thursday morning (Aug. 11) at 2:38 a.m., AbbyPD patrol officers conducting routine patrols found a 37-year-old female in medical distress at the intersection of Gladwin Road and South Fraser Way.
The female was transported to a hospital, where she is being treated for serious injuries.
The investigation has been transferred to the AbbyPD Major Crime Unit (MCU), supported by the Forensic Identification Section (FIS).
AbbyPD is seeking witnesses and dashcam footage from those who may have been in the area before and after the incident. Witnesses are urged to call the Abbotsford Police Department at 604-859-5225.
